The Maryville Isshin-Ryu Karate School adult and teen program teaches traditional Okinawan Karate, with many contemporary benefits including self-defense, self-discipline, balance, confidence, flexibility, concentration, balance, and respect.
Classes are on-going. New students are accepted at any time.
Teen/Adult (12 & Up) Class:
Each Monday and Thursday, 7:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
Cost: $120.00 per quarter (3 months). Family discounts available.
Registration is taken on-site at the class. Simply wear comfortable clothes (t-shirt and sweatpants) that allow you to stretch/move.
